Tea & Sympathy New York

I've only been a couple of times, so I'm no expert, 

but I thought I'd share some of the places I love in New York with you.. 

The first is Tea & Sympathy in the West Village..

For a true British lunch, dinner or afternoon tea, head to this tiny little restaurant in the heart of Greenwich Village. The menu includes Bangers n Mash, Welsh Rarebit, Shepherd's Pie, Yorkshire Pudding, Rhubarb & Custard. 

I'm a slight tea addict, so I could have sat here all day, being served the most delicious tea in an eccentric British teapot and mismatched china.

Lucky for me, Tea & Sympathy have their own store, right next door, where they sell their own blend of teas. I brought back a tin of their English Breakfast loose leaf blend and I wish I'd bought ten!

Next time perhaps I'll have my tins of tea and some English sweeties delivered to my door in Tea & Sympathy's very own London taxi!
