Gidgi's Party

Gidgi had a fantastic day yesterday. She chose a butterfly theme and invited 8 of her little friends. We made a rainbow birthday cake, butterfly biscuits and chocolate lollypops. We also had marshmellow pops and vanilla cupcakes with royal icing. They played lots of games and decorated their own butterfly biscuits. My husband and stepdaughter were such a great help and made sure everyone had a great time. Can't wait for the next one!

Happy Birthday Gidgi

Happy Birthday to our beautiful girl Gidgi (Bridget). Four years with you has gone "super fast" (a Gidgi saying and her preferred way of moving about). You are beautiful, loving, clever and so funny, we love you so much xxxx

Hi everyone, have you all enjoyed the school holidays (for those of you that had them..)? We've had a lovely, very busy two weeks with lots of little friends visiting. I'm starting to take the trip planning more seriously now too, it's only about 8 weeks away! And despite the fact that all money must now be directed towards our holiday (and away from the house), I'm still scheming.. I found this lovely bit of inspiration for our tiny entry. I just love the table and the pendant light, what do you think? xx
