O Christmas Tree

Have you put your Christmas Tree up yet? Ours, as you know, has been up for a little while now.. Everyone is different..For some it's just a matter of finding the time to pull the old tree out of the cupboard and remember where you put the decorations.. For others, it's deciding when to head down to the tree farm with the kids and choose this year's tree. It's been an interesting topic for discussion over at the Decorating Forum..you can take a look here. The Decorating Forum is fantastic for all things design, renovating, building, decor. And they'll be featuring The Room this week too, very exciting! Here's our little Christmas tree..

And if you need more inspiration..

Happy Monday xx

Thanks Rachael, your post is just what I needed this morning! We've been waiting for the whole crew to be together so we can put up the tree, but it's been rather hard to manage this year. Add to that the problem with sourcing the right colour baubles for this year's theme, and you can understand why it's still not done. It's definitely on my list for today, so thanks for the inspiration! K xx

We began putting ours up today. I have to take the decorating slowly with our family or I end up Mrs Stressy-Pants. Not good. :-)

Rachael, I love your photos of the different Christmas trees. Your own tree looks quite wonderful. Don't you just love Christmastime!? Our home is fully decorated now, so I can just sit back and take it all in...*happy sigh*. I have posted the final room (Family Room), since you were last by, so if you get the chance, please do stop by to see that it's certainly not ALL RED this year in our home. Hope your days continue to be Merry and Bright!

Your tree looks terrific and I think I spy a handmade angel at the top. Just my kind of thing.

Your tree is gorgeous. We are going with the red and sliver theme like in the last picture. We have had our tree up for about a week. The problem I am having is every day my little boy takes decorations off and every night I put them back on. Mmm maybe should just leave them off until just before, at least the ones he can reach. G
