BOO!

Hooray for Halloween! I hope it becomes a bigger event here in Australia, it's so much fun.. Who doesn't love dressing up, eating lollies and decorating the house? And then there's Trick or Treating.. the girls are going to put together some lolly bags tomorrow and help me carve a pumpkin..the first time I've ever done that..we'll see how it turns out.. Happy Halloween!

Great images! Seeing photos like those makes me wonder why I don't into Halloween more. We don't get trick or treaters out our way (too remote), so perhaps that's why.
Your weekend sounds like so much fun! Enjoy your first pumpkin carving!

That's such intricate carving....

I think I'd be ceetain to cut myself if I attempted anything of that nature!! It's all I can do to cut up my children's food without a scrape!!

Great photos, especially like the first one. You are right it isn't big in Australia as yet but I too love the idea of it. Even had a Halloween party last year. Tonight though, living in half a house we will just light candles, be ready for any visitors with chocolate on hand and maybe make some black cats today. Good luck with carving the pumpkin. G

What great images. I haven't done anything here - I was going to carve a pumpkin but the special carving ones were just too expensive. I might do something crafty next year. We had a few trick or treaters last year but Molly dog scared them away :) Whoops.

Cool images. We're off this evening with two streets (including our own) all getting together for the kids to participate. I'm loving my new neighbourhood for this kind of comraderie. The kids are excited, but still hours to go... :)
So funny you grew up in Dwn?! x

Lovely images although I'm not sure about the mice running up the stairs...a little too life-like for me lol!

Good luck with the pumpkin carving, I've just done ours and it may be a little too much on the scary side!

I only hope I don't run out of sweets...

Happy Halloween!
