I love this shop.. this and The Works in Hawthorn are my favourite places to go on those very rare days I might have by myself! They have an ever changing range of beautiful homewares and furniture, all very reasonably priced. And if I'm with the girls, they love to choose a soap each from the gorgeous little shapes they have. Unfortunately,
Provincial Home Living only have stores in Victoria and the ACT but they're well worth a visit if you're in town..xx
Some recent purchases..
A few of their other offerings..

I love this store also and am a regular visitor. There is one near me. They have so many beautiful things and hopefully once our renovation is finished I will have enough money left over to buy some things to decorate the extension with.
I couldn't agree more! The Works and Provincial Home Living top my list too! I just adore them both, and I'm in there regularly searching for new pretties!
Oh Rachael, that wooden trug...is that what it is. And it's here in the ACT!! Must make a visit. My wallet might not be thanking you..but I am :))
I love these things, they are gorgeous. I have never heard of this store before but I love things that look old and rustic and beautiful. Thanks for posting these. :)

Ooh, those wooden baskets are divine!! Hmm may have to back to my home town of Canberra to visit the family (and perhaps this store!!). Gorgeous, thanks for sharing Rachael ~ Tina xx
I discovered both these stores on my first visit to Melbourne in January this year. They were both my favourite finds. So sad neither is in Queensland , maybe we should start a petition to get them here.
I love those blue cannisters , I might have to put them on my Christmas wish list , I do have a brother that lives nearby to Provincial Home.
Thanks for sharing Racheal (I think)

Ohh this is one of my favourite stores...have been known to spend a couple of hours in the one at DFO..the teenages leave me to it and go off on their own as I ponder and examine every gorgeous detail.. Thanks Kym XOX
I hear you - I spent all weekend there this weekend! Well, not all weekend, but a fair bit of it as I have been re-organising my kitchen and their antique storage boxes and 'things' come in very handy!

PS Love your blog by the way!
Beautiful selection, I love the cutlery - I have a thing for salad servers, don't ask me why, even I don't know the answer!
I have only been to this store twice, as I am in Perth, but I loved it:). So many stunning ornaments but also gorgeous furniture. There are so many things I would love to buy form here:)
What a gorgeous store!!!!! I LOVE those blue jars, I need them I think :) Thanks for sharing, I'll have to check them out on my next trip to the ACT. Wishing you a great week ahead,

All I can say is that sometimes I wish I lived on the East Coast just to have access to such wonderful stores. Those items are all very lovely.
I can only dream!! thank you for your comment on my blog. Very curious what the malware thingy was, and why my blog!! I have had a bit of absence from posting, but hope to this week. But have been reading them ALL. Have a lovely week.

Oh, I'm looking so much forward to watching Letters to Juliet! It hasn't come to my country yet I think, but I guess it's just around the corner...:) xx
Lovely to see you tonight and in answer to your question no Maggie's not brilliant but at present she seems comfortable so we keep fingers crossed. Thank you for asking. I think I must be due for a trip to Melbourne soon your shops are always fascinating, this one looks like it has my kind of stuff!! xx
I actually met the woman (at the baby shower I hosted recently) who did the instore styling at The Works and I have been busting to get there for ages but have never been.At the moment I need to resist all temptation while we save, save, save! No good having gorgeous homewares and no bathroom taps. Oh but I can't wait to do the fun stuff! Hope you've bounced back from the Saints loss. 2011 HAS to be their year!
X Briohny.
I love those timber baskets!! Please come to Qld!
Oooh wine boxes, I love those things. I got stacks of them at home and they are pretty useful items.
The prices are fantastic at Provincial as well... your wallet will still have a bit of curviness even after plundering their range!!!
