Artwork

My gorgeous little girls are always drawing pictures and making things so I came up with a way to display them in our family room. I went to frameshop.com.au and chose a frame with cork board option. If you haven't used frameshop before, it's very user friendly and well priced. They have many different options including framed blackboards, very popular at the moment!

Shortly after ordering, our enormous cork board was delivered and we stuck the beautiful artwork on! It might be too cluttered for some but many of the pictures were made especially for me or Daddy and I love looking at them every day.. The girls are very proud of the display too! We can also change them around as I chose to have no glass. What do you think? xx

I'm totally in love with dresser underneath. Please may I ask what colour it's painted? Whatever it is, I must have it!!!

I really love this idea! I've been looking for ideas for kids artwork and this is so well done. What a great way to encourage them, too.

I really like the way you've styled the drawers, it ties in perfectly with your art display. Beautiful!

OOh I love it! Absolutely lovely. My girls are mass producers of artwork (!) I think I need to invest in something like this. Frameshop looks wonderful, I can see I may spend a crazy amount of time and money with them! Thanks for sharing :) MamaBear

Love it, what a great idea. I am certainly going to look into getting something similar. My daughter does so many wonderful drawings everyday and my son has just started to so need a way to display them, where we can all enjoy them. G

Hi Rachael, love the artwork display. Your blog is lovely, when I saw it, I thought, "I know someone who would love looking at this blog". Then went to the comments and I see she was the first to post a comment!
We live almost across the road from each other and just realised earlier in the year that we both have blogs!

Looks fantastic! I've still got all our boys Kindy artwork in a treasure box. Maybe I should do this too Rachael - at 27,28,30,31 & 33 they'll be delighted to see their work finally out of hiding!
